Our next speakers are Mike Elkin and Richard Sheehan. Mike and Richard are production and site reliability experts at Facebook. Their talk will revolve around the question of "how we fail – all the time, and how we approach that in our development process". Expect insights and war stories and how Facebook deal with these challenges through process engineering and their approaches to managing the progressive enhancement of software.
